You include the correct email address as we use this for communicating with you
You include the specific cellular number that is affected.
You tick the Declaration by Complaintant field in the form below. This is a requirement for accepting complaints.
Important:
WASPA cannot determine who is billing you. You need to provide this information to WASPA in order to process your request by contacting your service provider and requesting the names of the billing WASPs.
If you have already logged a complaint with your provider or the networks, don't log a complaint using this
form.
